Pros: It was all pretty bad.
Cons: The baggage policy wasn’t enforced at all, so I realized I could have saved $40 and had my backpack under my seat as my personal item since most others did. They charge for seltzer water. No internet options. Male flight attendant made inappropriate jokes and the rest of the staff was rude and blunt. Will not fly this airline again.

Pros: The gate attendant was super helpful and changed my seat to one closer to the front because I needed off the plain quickly for business. Te flight crew were personal and engaging, and made the trip lighter and fun (even). Well done crew!
Cons: The great price and then a la carte everything else is frustrating, but if you fly Spirit, you know what you're getting. The baggage fee for a carry on was too high in my opinion.
Reviews
Pros: I like when they dim the lights so I could sleep
Cons: Flight attendant was rude, I was too tired to deal with her attitude

Pros: Crew was ok. Nice but not personable.
Cons: Food was awful!
Reviews
Pros: No middle seats. Crew was nice. More space for people.
Cons: The ceiling next to the spot lights or calling for help was dirty. I was expecting everything to be wiped. I turned my air fan on, and my there were some brown spots on my hands. And I looked up, it was dirty up there.
