These people need to do something about their ridiculous bag fees. I paid 75 a piece for two checked bags and because they were 1 and 2 pounds over the ridiculous 40 pounds limit they tried to charge me an extra $100 dollars each. I have to open the bags and remove some items, how about prorate the extra fee per extra pound, a hundred dollars extra it’s just abusive and plain theft.
