There were 2 crews with bad attitude (an old white man and a black lady) but one old white lady and a white girl were nice .

On each flight, not just this one, they accepted too many carry on bags as compared to bin space. If you have to pay for that, they can track that, right? Monitor and then block folks or something. Requesting 20-30 people check their carry on is sad.
