We had to ask for help to print tags for checked bags and dropping the bags.

The charging ports aren't powerful. I had a party of 4 and none of us could charge our devices. For a 7+ hour trip that is problematic. Also BA didn't have the equivalent of extra legroom seats. From a price perspective my options were business class and then standard. Would be good if they had that extra space seat option for folks whose budgets are in the middle.
