Both of my flights were significantly delayed. The first was so delayed, I was going to miss my connection, so I had to take a flight that was 3 hours earlier. My second leg was delayed by 5.5 hours, so overall, my travel time was increased by 8.5 hours.

The seating arrangement in business class was a poor design. It is necessary to step over adjoining travelers as you enter and exit your seating area. Awkward at best. Dangerous if in emergency.
