The entire Copenhagen airport baggage system went down. The staff didn’t tell us that everyone’s luggage had not been put on the plane until we already landed at our destination. Despite it being a system wide failure, the airline provided no updates and information. This issue was handled very poorly.

Very Un professional, they lost my whole baggage and we were going on a ski vacation with No baggage. No response from the Scandinavian people from the claim department benn saying technical difficulties, understand but we wait for the next day flight from Copenhagen to Milan and there was only one bag from outs. They promise as soon as the baggage arrived in Milano to assign a driver and send it to out location, But guess what, stillNOTHING. Very POOR COMPANY, we will never flight with them again EVER. Screw the Bitches

Because of their sheer incompetence, the flight was delayed and I missed my connection. I ran frantically from one end of the airport to the other and still reached the gate on time, only to find the doors already closed. This is completely unacceptable.

SAS is below the level of other European airlines and far below Turkish Airlines. The seats are smaller, the aisles are narrower, there is no choice of meals and the food is poor compared to other airlines. The entertainment system also leaves much to be desired, with a limited number of movies and small screens, and there are no USB-C ports to charge modern devices.
