My tv screen was damaged. Packed flight but comfort was no worse than the other airlines. Would have liked a 2nd beverage to have something to drink with meal. Food was ok - small portions.

The entire Copenhagen airport baggage system went down. The staff didn’t tell us that everyone’s luggage had not been put on the plane until we already landed at our destination. Despite it being a system wide failure, the airline provided no updates and information. This issue was handled very poorly.
