I was diverted and can't figure out if my luggage made it onto my rebooking and when I rebooked I found the flight that the agents weren't able to find

People people need to wait for their time to board and not line up in the walkway of the terminal. You would think with air travel being a few years old would find an efficient and less stressful way to board planes.

The air crew on the plane were good. The big problem is the second security point that you have to do to get into the gate waiting area. They opened late and made the flight late.
