Fantastic customer service! They brightened our day after a terrible experience with American Airlines in our way to Hawaii. On our return flights American screwed us over and had nobody available to help at check-in so Hawaiian helped us rebook a flight with Hawaiian that got us home at the same time for cheaper.

The plane was fine. The seats and entertainment were standard. There was only two drinks and one snack on a 9.5 hour flight! That is completely unacceptable! The flight crew was hostile and rude. One hit me in the head with a hot coffee and then spilled it all over the person behind me, offering no type of compensation. That same attendant repeatedly bashed into people with her body and the refreshments cart without warning or apology. The flight was behind schedule and I had a tight connection and she told me that they weren’t going to let me to the front because actually I didn’t and my flight didn’t leave until much later (she was wrong).

Plane seats were too short. The head rest was against my shoulders pushing me forward and could not be adjusted. I’m only 6’ tall.
