I can't properly complete this survey as we're still in the middle of the holiday and l, despite your nagging about reviewing the flight, have other priorities just now. The only reason I'm bothering to submit this at all is because the passenger's experience was absolutely disgusting. The flight was late, the United Airlines app lost his boarding pass, and by the time the ticketing staff finally got it sorted, he'd missed his connecting flight. The United staff then refused to help him get onto another flight, despite it being ENTIRELY United's fault he'd missed it in the first place. Underpricer is a pain in the arse too. Their salesperson, Dia, called me repeatedly at all hours of the day and night to pester me about seat preferences and travel insurance. Then, after charging a ridiculous fee to choose seats, she had the nerve to call and tell me that the airline had removed his seat preferences and I'd have to pay almost as much again to rebook them. When I asked if I'd be refunded the money I'd already paid to book his seat preferences, she put me on hold to "speak to [her] colleagues" and miraculously decided that, as it was the airline's mistake, his preferences would be rebooked at no extra charge. It REEKED of an attempt to milk me for more money. On top of that, here you are, nagging me IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR HOLIDAY for a review. I can assure you I won't be using either momondo OR United Airlines again.

The flight itself was great. But it was delayed 6 hours and other than text after text advising flight would be even later each time, there was no communication. Did not know why. Had we been advised of what the issue was it may have helped. We were left waiting in the airport and couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as everything closed. Once flight did arrive around 1am boarding and takeoff was quick, crew was nice.
