Boarding was delayed a bit, due to cleaning the plane. I would recommend upgrading to “comfort” seats, as the regular seats are quite cramped, for such a long flight. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Very smooth boarding, and excellent crew service. Food needs improving. Please provide eggs for breakfast. Also not enough water provided for this long flight. Crew needs to come around every 3 hours to offer water. Bigger size water bottles. Or provide a spigot to fill water bottles. Crew were always helpful and willing to provide water.

Lost out flight because would’t take our luggage.. I know it was within the our but -0- options where offered by the agent at the desk… ee had several but she said no to everything… flight was delayed for 30 min and that was enough time for us to fix our luggage to small bags… but weren’t informed… anyways… really bad service.

Unfriendly staff, the pilot never announced anything during the entire flight including we’re at altitude, what the weather was like at the destination how much time is left if we were ahead or behind schedule etc. Very funny gay gene flight crew.
