The guidelinesabout people needing assistance are not good. Anyone who wants to can board in this group. People who pay for upgrades are ignored. Family boarding should be given the least preferential seating. Your “food” is a bad joke. You pack the flight so full that there is never room for carryons. Extremely unorganized loading. Flights never leave on time. People who feel entitled are catered to. And they know and understand that they will get special treatment for not following the “rules”. People refer to your plans as cattle cars

The plane was not full. I had a broken toe, newly injured, and I was able to elevate my leg on the middle seat as per doctor’s orders. How could I have done this if the flight was full?
