Pros: The flight attendance kindly asked the passengers to allow for the people on the back with very thigh connections, due to stupids delays, to deplane first, but of course almost no one listened and as soon the plane reach the gate everyone stranded up clogging the hallway. There should be more education to the passenger in general. If you don't have a connection, just stay put for an extra 5 minutes, is nothing crazy to do.
Cons: Waiting area completely packed, now sits available at all. Delays, a delay for weather or mechanical issues is understandable, but just because too many human factors, is unfortunately.
Cons: The seats are like benches. I had to have a body massage as I arrived due to body ache There was no food Paid $40 bucks for my carry on
Cons: This was an old aircraft with very uncomfortable seats (even in first). Was not worth paying for the upgrade, especially for a red-eye.
Cons: Aircraft was too warm. Needed more air!
Pros: On time flight
Cons: Less over charges on luggage a drink or a snack and nice flight attendants
Pros: Empty flight, lots of room and space.
Cons: Nothing- all was great
Cons: 3 hour delay. No compensation. Typical airline scam
