They seat my and my girls all over, even that I paid for carry on, my twins are 10 years old, I was sitting on seat 27A, one of my girls seats was 26 A and my other girl was sitting on seat 31A, I ask the staff for help and they never help me to try to sit me and my girls together, they not ever try to do something about it when I told them. I been flying with spirit for many years and this is my first time that i feel like i was no help with my situation

3 hours on the tarmac before take off (for a 7 hour flight). We were told they were working on the wi-fi. Why does that merit making 500 people 3 hours late?? They never fixed the wifi, we had no entertainment.
