I didn't like anything and would probably never fly on Spirit again. I cannot blame anything on the crew because they did their best given their limitations. Boarding was late and poor. Airplane lacked any modern facility (USB, No monitors, etc.) - it looked old & outdated. Spirit Airlines charge lower to bait potential travelers. Worst they do not answer telephone calls and if they do, only give excuses. They are crooks; thieves.

First time we fly Alaskan and it certainly won’t be our last. Flights were in time, staff was friendly and helpful. Other airlines need to improve and be more like Alaskan. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Even though the seats go back just a little, it is very annoying, and not worth the effort. Fix the seats so we don't have this issue.
