Reviews
Pros: Crew was friendly but did not enforce wearing of masks and deplaning was chaotic to say the least with everyone pushing to get off the plane
Cons: Enforce the airline’s own policy of wearing masks. About 1/4 of the passengers of the waiting to get on the plane at PIE did not wear a mask in the terminal, even though it is the policy of the airport. Chaotic deplaning in BNA with all passengers rushing to the front of the plane trying to get off. Rock hard very narrow seats.

Pros: The crew were nice!
Cons: But this was like flying in an antique from the 20th century. No screens, AC not working well, tiny cabin. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a sink.

Reviews
Pros: The crew was ok, very uncomfortable seat, I had an isle seat and everyone bumped into my shoulder. I never had to pay for checked baggage in a transatlantic flight, it’s not my first time flying. I was also asked to check my carry on, to what I declined for personal reasons.
Reviews
Pros: Also...spacious seating by coach standards
Cons: Never a fan of boarding zones but it was fine
