We had to fight to get on this flight, after being cancelled by West Jet, the reputed home via Mexico, they said the flight was full. The ground crew boarding did nothing, and did not control boarding. Many passagners, including us, required assistance and they did not get it.

Check in, getting through security and immigration took 1 hr and 50 min! Incredibly long time.

Seats are tiny with little legroom. Food was mediocre and entertainment options subpar. Canadian airlines need big time improvement.
