Porter is the best! Even the flight attendants actually work to fit all the baggage in. Where as most airlines don’t. And they were polite about even when the passage was not. Not question was a bother for the flight attendants even when a passenger asked for a drink out of service time. It was brought to her without bother. Keep up the great work!

They flew my luggage to Toronto when it wasn’t on my itinerary, said there was nothing they could do so my partner and I travelled to Toronto spending at least $700 only to find out they flew it back to Montreal that same day. Didn’t get our luggage back until the day we were leaving back to Vancouver.

The overall experience is great, as is almost always with Porter. It was a small regional flight, so no entertainment built-in. Service was excellent as usual, and free booze in glass(!!) drinkware never fails to improve the overall experience. Plane was old, so seats were not super comfortable, but not a problem for our short flight.
