Reviews
Cons: They overcrowded the flight in the middle of a global pandemic which shows they only care about making money and they do NOT care about the health and safety of their passengers.
Reviews
Pros: crew was efficient and friendly
Reviews
Cons: Over the past year the cabin crews are not quite up to Aeroflot customary standards. The young ones seem to have not been trained well enough and seem tentative and not so enthusiastic, especially when the whole crew is working meals. The rest, however, are very professional and exude confidence.

Pros: Missed my connecting flight due to the flight from lax was delayed for 50 minutes, because of no fuel
Reviews
Cons: Its sad to see that only the female flight attendants look after the restrooms, no male attendants were seen doing it on both flights. Disappointing in this day and age this still exists.
Reviews
Pros: Staff were all good and professional
Cons: I want to watch a movie but both airplanes from Da Nang to Incheon and Incheon to Narita were older models so nothing to watch. Didnt matter though actually because i was sick and slept the whole time
Reviews
Cons: Good as expected
Reviews
Pros: The pilot provided us with a trip that felt more entertaining and expedient.
Reviews
Pros: The crew was exceptional. They took care of the customers with passion and energy. The Q suites are comfortable and one of the best seats out there.
Reviews
Pros: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.
Cons: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)
