Boarding was a havoc, no audible announcement on PA systems overhead luggage shelves were extremely disorganized where travellers luggage is somewhere else in the plain. This created lots of confusion while departing the plane as travellers where to retrieve their luggage from. Crew members served as if they were forced to do so and not out of their love/passion/duty to do so. Announcements from captain were so sparse and even whatever the little announcements they made was not understandable at all. Overall experience is not good

No adequate announcement on the flight, tone of talking from pilots and crew members was okay. Overall experience was below average and certainly try to explore better options next time.
