The seats were very uncomfortable. Couldn’t even rest my legs properly. No leg space. Screen was not working, remote just came off. Washrooms were not clean. Crew staff could be more friendly. Overall I can say it’s not a great experience, can rate 5.2 out of 10

As a premium economy, star alliance gold passenger - The seat I selected at time of ticket purchase was changed at time of online check in. This was not ideal.
