Brazil has lifted its coronavirus-related entry regulations and reopened its borders, except at airports in the states of Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraiba, Rondonia, Rio Grande do Sul and Tocantins. This is subject to regular entry requirements. Foreign nationals staying for up to 90 days must have proof of medical insurance coverage for the duration of their stay. Students attending Brazilian institutions and Brazilian residents are exempted from this requirement.
