Cons: If you can get it he people at the desk to stop making announcements while there are announcements being made over the airport PA system that would be great. Especially when the person chosen to speak has a heavy accent and it’s competing with other announcements. My over 50 ears can’t make it out.
Cons: Terrible airline. No one seems to know what they are doing. Very unprofessional, bad experience from beginning to end
Pros: The great services as always
Cons: Well this time I didn't get my DD coffee as always but was a nice flights even with the bad weather in NY
Pros: I didnt care for anything
Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours. There were no chargers at any seat in Coach.
Pros: Quick flight.
Cons: The plane was very hot
Pros: The early check in
Cons: Give clear information as to what is included in reduced fair. A small carry on should always be allowed without additional charges. And they didn’t seat my partner and I next to each other, wanted to charge to put us together, and the seat was empty.
Pros: The best thing was check in, cordial, efficient and helpful
Cons: The security is a double, they do it twice, creating delay and discomfort, no distinction for older people like in the US, or people in wheelchairs and the space is tiny. The seats could be better even business class seats were bad and could barely be reclined. Copa sucks. Big delay in luggage, what's the point of going through immigration fast and waiting for over 40 min for luggage all this for $1000 ticket
Pros: Everyone was quick
Cons: Small seats
