Pros: The crew was good, and the big seat super cool I love it
Cons: It could have been nice if they offer the passenger in the big seat a drink, like how we pay so much money for that seat

Pros: I didn't like anything about this flight. It's abvery cheap looking flight and a big rip off with money. I paid $400 dollars almost same as United but in United I don't have to pay for carry on. $45 for carry on are you kidding me what is next going to bathroom will cost us money too??
Cons: Service was terrible , the claim that you guys are cheap is a lie , seats are squished , no where else do you have to pay for a carry on , staff very immature , overall not a good experience at all

Pros: The Alaska Airlines check in was not simple via a kiosk and had to go see an attendant. She did not add Pre-check to our 4 tickets and we missed not seeing it on the ticket. Had to wait in the regular line. So long the waot.
Cons: Alaska Airline attendant should ask as a protocol and lesson learned to tell them to have it added.
