This wouldn't be a negative comment for the airline rather than for operations of the GTA airport at the Pearson. Terrible experience waiting for the bus and transportation to Inhotenwa. This is really bad experience

Although I bought business class ticket, the experience was of a low cost flight. No one line boarding card- you need to get a physical one at the airport, bus boarding , old aircraft, no separation between business class and economy class, very small legroom, very narrow seat, no reclining, no charging, no entertainment— in short- nothing
