Travelers must complete an "Enter Croatia Form" and must be presented to upon arrival. The form can be submitted online before departure. Travelers arriving from South Africa or the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued no older than 48 hours.
Quarantine requirementsTravelers who do not provide a negative PCR test result are subject to PCR test done immediately upon arrival to Croatia and remain in self-isolation until they receive a negative test result. Travelers who fail to present a PCR test upon arrival and refuse to take a test locally will be subject to self-isolate or quarantine for 14 days. Travelers may be ordered to self-isolate or spend 14 days in official government quarantine facilities if deemed necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19; placement in quarantine is at the expense of the traveler.
