We appreciated the leg space. We didn’t appreciate the warmth of the plane upon boarding and until airborne, we were not offered a complimentary cup of water.

No one was helpful helping with my grandmother and I sitting together. I am underage and should have been sitting with an adult whom I was traveling with to Spain. They let me sit in the middle of two strangers and did not make my experience go well at all.
