From the Dakar Blaise Diagne Airport to the city center takes over an hour by car. Two bus companies provide transfer services to the Place de l’Independence. There are Aerobuses seven times a day and the local city buses Dakar Dem Dikk, line 404, with journeys roughly every half hour, but they take longer as they stop more frequently along the way.
