The crew was very good. However seat comfort was poor during the flight as there was little to no air conditioning until we were about to land making the entire nearly 14 hour journey uncomfortable. Additionally passengers were extremely annoying seated in-front/behind plus were constantly opening overhead containers to take things from baggage the entire flight, frequently holding up crew. Food was also not as good on the outbound trip from London.

Worst ever flight in Upper Class. Crew were in a miserable mood. Food was virtually thrown at us and we weren't even offered water. Had to ask for that and a glass of wine with our meal. This is Upper for goodness sake. CSM was nowhere to be seen. Breakfast service wasn't much better.
