Pros: The extra legroom in the Classic Package Seats.
Cons: The snacks where a little on the dull tasteless side.
Reviews
Pros: The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!
Reviews
Pros: Plane departed early and arrived early. No incident.
Cons: Alitalia chose to offer no-servce flights. Not a cup of water. Passengers need to go to the back of the plane, where the attendants sit together and chat the whole flight, and ask for a (tiny) bottle. What they do during boarding is jump on anyone who would dare to place a piece of garment in the overhead bins. It comes through as a fad...

Pros: Early morning flight so left on time and arrived early. Staff excellent.
Cons: Seats are grim like most European carriers in coach...

Pros: Nothing. There was no flight. The flight was cancelled and you did not notify us. We found it out ourselves by accident. We tried to contact you guys but we could not call or anything other. You guys suck
Cons: Notify your customers when the flight is cancelled. Thats the least you can do. Very unprofessional

Pros: Great flight, on-time, comfortable for economy class, food was decent for airplane food, free wine
Cons: Staff was not friendly to some other passengers, they had to wait hours for coffee. Long layover
Reviews
Pros: Seat was very comfortable, plenty of leg room.
Cons: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.
Reviews
Pros: Nice crew and reasonable seats. With only 20-30 on the flight there was plenary of room and to spare to lay down across the empty seats (a sad reality).
Cons: Given the circumstances not much. I hope we return to full planes and less difficult travel scenarios that enable it.
Reviews
Pros: Friendliness
Cons: Food selection
