After 5 different gate changes and almost 2 hour delay. The CREW that was assembled did a fantastic job of getting us home safe. YEAH. Captain Zimmerman was an excellent communicator and kept us connected and calm when we all were exhausted from traveling for 18 + hours prior to this last leg of our trip. TIRED TIRED TIRED but so APPRECIATIVE of the crew sacrificing and jamming to adjust their schedule to make sure we all arrived home safe and sound, later than expected but SAFE & HOME. So Thanks and KUDOS to the crew of AA #4573 to RDU. (1/27/2026)

For my experience, it was a short journey. I was asleep the whole journey to be honest. The plane was very full actually during that time as sitting was a bit cramped. Especially when you are sitting beside giants. Overall, the whole journey was straightforward and no issues experienced so far. Hopefully.

Great. I wasn't on premium or first class, so for a little over 10 hours flight, the comfort I got was what I paid for, but I had the best food I ever had.
