Pros: The flight was in time
Pros: Crew was nice and tried to help us as there was no food on board for our dietary restrictions.
Cons: The folks at the desk arrived late to address issues. It was crowded and disorganized. When i addressed an issue at the check in regarding not seating me with my children including a 7 year old). the response is. Well you bought a cheap flight so tough luck. The plane was dirty and frankly not very
Cons: Airplane was packed, no social distancing, and very limited leg room. Big room to improve safety standards and comfort.
Pros: The airline accommodated my mother and I to the emergency row just so we could sit together. The pilots must have had some great coffee right before landing b/c their landing was spectacular.
Cons: The boarding zone numbers is deceiving-the Mexico City Interjet staff called everyone going to Dallas to board and a massive exodus ensued regardless of zone number. Although the emergency row had extra leg room, the chairs could not lean back. Not sure why there were controls on the armrest and no screens for entertainment, but a good read distracted me from pursuing any further questionings.
Pros: Even during a delay the crew remained professional. There was something wrong with the plan and I appreciate that safety was the main priority.
Cons: My 1 hour layover turned into a four hours past 2am arrival.
Pros: Space on the airplane
