The worst flight ever! Couldn’t land in Monterrey twice and took us to Zacatecas, we waited for 2 hours for airport staff and gas until we left and were told they were sending us to Mexico City, we disembarked and waited for another 3 hours to board again, haven’t arrived to Monterrey after 8 hours.

I liked that it was inexpensive. I did not like that the delay was there and no one alerted the passengers. No one told us about the gate change, not even the app.

Boarding begins late and the staff don't inform you about the change or delay. When I was returning, there was a gate change and the app never showed the change.

If I could give this airline a 0 I would. I originally bought my ticket for yesterday and upon arrival staff could not find me in their system, I was forced to look for a hotel and get a flight for the next day. Fast forward to today I keep on getting emails stating my flight has been delayed, I received an email 5 minutes ago and now my flight has a 3 hour delay. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT purchase from this airline, it is not reliable at all. On top of all of that the gate for the flight was moved and they did not announce this on the speakers.
