Momondo pushed me to some random third party seller called cheapticketsflight.com or something and they were a total scam. The first leg of my flight was fine. The return trip, when I tried to check in, I got an error message that said I cancelled my return trip at 8:30am on the morning of my flight. This was not only false, but also impossible for a variety of reasons. When. I looked the company up online, they seem to pull this all the time. They did refund part of the cost of my ticket but not all of it but said they were unable to get me back in my flight. I called Spirit and they were fantastic. Once we figured out I’d been scammed they put me back on my original flight home. It cost me an extra $125 and I also wasted most of the day on the phone trying to sort it out while I was away visiting a very sick friend. Do better about what sites you automatically link to on the Momondo site. Also, the cheaptix correspondence and customer service seemed to be purposefully confusing, opaque and possibly some kind of criminal enterprise. It was impossible to understand anything they were sending me or telling me on the phone.
