Aside from all the deficiencies with Spirit, charging $3.50 for a cup of coffee smaller than the free one that other airlines offer — if you’re gonna charge $3.50 for coffee— at least make it a decent sized cup - I fly a bit 40-50 times per year and your airlines is pretty pathetic

Absolutely horrible customer service. After getting abandoned in Pittsburgh due to a cancelled flight last night on JetBlue’s sister/affiliate airline American with no options for alternate flights or hotel accommodations, I booked a flight (actually two because there was a connection) with JetBlue. Then AA was able to get me on a very early morning flight today as a standby. I let JetBlue know I wouldn’t need their flights prior to the departure time, both at the ticketing window while at the airport (3 terminals over) and again after being on hold for close to three (3) hours. The result after all that is JetBlue is keeping all of my money (close to $400) even though they didn’t fly me anywhere, even though I did everything a person could do after having a flight cancelled late at night with no assistance, and even though I cancelled the flight in a timely manner. This is not to mention that this all arose from their affiliate AA cancelling my already paid for flight after I waited at the airport for close to 4 hours without rebooking me or the other passengers on another flight. So in the end I was forced to spend close to $700 extra for a hotel and this JetBlue flight (which I never even used and had plenty of open seats) because AA cancelled my flight and JetBlue refuses to accommodate in any way. To say bad customer service is an understatement here.
