Pros: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.
Cons: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.
Pros: Much more comfortable than I expected. Attentive flight attendants.
Cons: After flying cheapi airlines, norhing. It was a great experience.
Pros: FLIGHT DEPARTED ON TIME AND ARRIVED EARLY. THIS IS PRECIOUS WHEN DE-PLANING PROCEDURES TAKE FOREVER (DUE TO COVID).
Cons: The only interaction of the crew was to distribute and pick up covid-related forms. Not even a glass of water;
Pros: The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep.
Cons: Not telling us we would be arriving 30 min early and then getting in 30 min later than scheduled AND Having priority baggage actually be a priority
Pros: Seat was good.
Cons: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.
Pros: Everything was comfortable.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Pros: Early morning flight so left on time and arrived early. Staff excellent.
Cons: Seats are grim like most European carriers in coach...
Cons: everything sucked time bery bad servive starfed on flight nonacolok was sergvedngypu ilt was really disappoinyling includigbymkthrvlounhr aothee airlione
