Cons: All seats are uncomfortable on all planes
Reviews
Cons: I would suggest not taking a middle seat if you are looking for comfort. Once people start to sleep you are completely stuck and no more reapect for personal space. Would definitely recommend an aisle or window seat on such a long flight
Reviews
Pros: It was wonderful
Cons: Best booking app ever
Reviews
Pros: Long flight, the pillows and heavier blankets were a nice welcome. Pretty empty flight on the way to Iceland so everyone was allowed to stretch out.
Reviews
Pros: Having requested assistance due to breaking my leg, the service at Heathrow, Charlotte and JFK with American Airlines was excellent.
Reviews
Pros: On a long haul flight, when I bought my ticket, Kayak advertised entertainment on my long haul flights. There was none on this flight! Seata were extremely uncomfortable.
Cons: Stop misleading passengers to make money
Reviews
Pros: Great flight, on-time, comfortable for economy class, food was decent for airplane food, free wine
Cons: Staff was not friendly to some other passengers, they had to wait hours for coffee. Long layover

Pros: All of the ground grew was excellent, I always travel with my service dog and they handled the process very professionally.
Cons: Over the phone service in trying to notify the airline that I was travelling with my service dog was ridiculous. I called multiple times, but nobody could understand me due to their limited English, and refused to put in a note in my booking because were insisting on a letter from a psychiatric doctor, which is not applicable. As per the French Bee (an most airline) regulations - this is a requirement for ESA and not service animals, on top of the fact my disability is not psychiatric. Result was no comment put on my booking, but fortunately the staff at the airport were very helpful and understanding.

Pros: n/a
Cons: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Pros: I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful.
Cons: Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also.
