Cons: No IFE without warning. 16 hrs. of nothing. very uncomfortable seats. Flight admits HKA going under and can not pay bills, customers suffer.
Cons: Flight delay.
Pros: The entertainment system and hardware of the plane is pretty good.
Cons: Staffs' interaction with customers. Perhaps be more attentive from time to time.
Pros: Customer service was excellent. Comfort and other services were among the best I've experienced ever flying.
Pros: The service, foods , sack ,
Pros: I liked getting to my destination safely.
Cons: The boarding process was chaos and when we finally boarded, the seats were extremely uncomfortable. There also wasn’t any choice of entertainment and the movie that was playing had no way to have audio (no headphone jacks to plug into)
Cons: Seats we’re tight on second flight. They had an odd foot rest protruding.....?
Cons: There were a lot of confusion w/ the flight delay. We we’re told we have to spend the night in Seoul waiting for a flight out the following day. No agent greets us at the gate to arrange for hotel stay. We we’re directed all over the place and no one knows anything about such arrangement. Finally we’re put on a plane to our destination. I was not informed of the change and only realized that when was brought to the gate and put on a plane. It should have better organized and needs agent at gate to answer question.
Cons: Everyone was accomadating
