The only two things that weren't perfect were the location of the Zip Air counter being in NRT Terminal 1 instead of NRT Terminal 2. But that's likely an airport problem, since all their signs say international flights are on the upper level of Term 2 and there's no astrix noting the few that are in Terminal 1. But Zip should communicate thos to the travelers via email or otherwise because I wasted a lot of time searching and asking where the Zip Air check in counter was. It seems that lately all the web sites and travel apps manage to leave that out And the 2nd thing that wasn't perfect was that my Coconut Ice cream was rock solid and I had to wait until we were almost on the ground to thaw it to eat Haha. That's it. The flight was very underbooked, so I was luckily far more comfortable than usual. The flight attendants were very attentive. The check in staff was helpful. And even the turbulence didn't bug me. I'll find somewhere else to complain about NRT and HNL airports.

Reasonable airfare is attractive, but there is a catch. You get what you paid for. Your carry-on must be under 7Kg, that's about 15.5 lb. Anything over 7kg, will be checked in luggage and fee is added. You need to check in luggage before hand online, otherwise, handling fee apply at check-in desk. On board service, you'll need to buy everything. Bottle of water for $2.50, Instant noodle for $4.50 I spent $100 for food and drink during 10 hours flight and $170 for checked-in luggage that other airline won't charge for it
