Really not good. We had premium economy. They did no have food choices we wanted and never offered tea or coffee! I think these are cost cutting measures but very disappointed.

We flew economy and the seat space is no different from any other airline. The food was very good but at breakfast they ran out of scrambled eggs and we had to eat dim sum. The depart from Narita (Tokyo) was delayed and we had a connecting fly to Frankfurt. The staff gave us directions and we made it with a little rush. No issue with the baggage in spite of the short layover. Excellent staff service
