Pros: The middle seat wasn't occupied
Cons: The US security check took about 30 minutes as they had to call a bomb-sniffing dog for the candles we bought. Note that they don't allow you to bring beverages bought at the airport, post-security check, onto the airplane. My seat was dirty from the prior flight when I got there. The steward came over and wiped it down with a wet wipe. We used the blanket to cover the middle seat as it was just as dirty. The food is barely edible, the movie selection is poor. They didn;t hand out any of the normal arrival forms for the US.
Pros: Yes, Very good
Pros: Delayed flight no reasons seems like American Airlines don’t know what to do in these situations
Cons: I believe this airlines should have figured the answer to this question by now.
Pros: Crew was acceptable but sits terrible
Cons: Not a comfy flight
Pros: Honestly the only thing I can say that I liked was that we got back to Fort Lauderdale in less than two hours.
Cons: Honestly the only thing I can say that I liked was that we got back to Fort Lauderdale in less than two hours. We were told to arrive at the airport for our flight which was delayed incase our flight left on time. our gate changed five different times. Our flight was supposed to leave from Puerto Rico to Ft. Lauderdale @ 1:30 p.m. the flight kept getting delayed . our flight did not take off until 7:30 that evening. Nobody informed us of anything what the delay was etc. it was handled horribly by Jet Blue staff. We were t offered vouchers nothing.
Cons: All good but crew wasn't very attentive - for example i had had to put my suitcase quite a few rows back because of lack of space at the end of the flight i had to wait for most of the plane to empty out in order to be able to retrieve it - the crew member who had originally indicated i put my suitcase further back and who was standing right by the cabin where the suitcase was stored saw all of this but didn't move to help in the slightest even though he knew i was waiting for a chance to get to my suitcase - in my experience of customer service i would have gotten it for the passenger and brought it to them to reduce the wait time
Pros: Nothing. I was sold a ticket for 709 dollars and wasn’t told I couldn’t get on until showing up to the gate. Therefore I had to spend 1000 more dollars to book another ticket because budget air wouldn’t change or refund the flight.
Cons: Not selling a ticket with a layover where someone with a US passport cannot travel through at the moment. Be more forthcoming.
Cons: The air conditioning
Pros: Everything! From ticketing agent to all the crew on our flight back were awesome. Thank you!
Cons: The travel was very good
