Pros: Plane was new Airbus A320
Cons: Feel like i was nickel and dimed for a seat and luggage. Do 1 low price for the airfare, baggage including seat assignment. Food / drinks can be an add on

Pros: It was cool to have the raffle.
Cons: It World be nice if ALL staff going to/from spanish speaking country spoke spanish bc crew members are rude to spanish only speaking customers. If you can't communicate to your customers you shouldn't be doing business with them. It's not good enough to only have some members be able to speak spanish.

Cons: Our flight was delayed two hours. We arrived safe but still, the delay creates such an impact on traveler’s plans. AA didn’t even offer bonus miles.
