Pros: Long flight, the pillows and heavier blankets were a nice welcome. Pretty empty flight on the way to Iceland so everyone was allowed to stretch out.
Pros: The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!
Cons: Easy checkin Good customer service Comfortable seats Great price
Pros: Nothing. There was no flight. The flight was cancelled and you did not notify us. We found it out ourselves by accident. We tried to contact you guys but we could not call or anything other. You guys suck
Cons: Notify your customers when the flight is cancelled. Thats the least you can do. Very unprofessional
Cons: Worst food I've ever had inside an airplane. Pretty bad uncomfortable seats as well.
Pros: Seat was very comfortable, plenty of leg room.
Cons: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.
Pros: The crew was very attentive.
Cons: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.
Pros: finally reached our destination
Cons: germany was apparently having a strike. all flights were cancelled. we were made to wait overnight. then sent to frankfurt. then sent to venice. couldnt land there. we landed in bologna italy. then made to wait overnight. then we flew to rome. then we flew to chisinau... finally. what was initially supposed to be 18hr flight. turned into a 5 day trip. i want a refund!
Pros: This Transavia Airlines is not good at all.
Cons: Many things cheaper does mean better.
Cons: Aircraft was too warm. Needed more air!
