Reviews
Cons: Delayed for an hour and a half because of a flat tire
Reviews
Pros: Crews and their messages sounded nice but some parts sounded like it was little too much for normal passengers.; somewhat threatening or too warning ..?
Cons: Transit should be guided better, especially if it involves terminal change. It was difficult to pickup and send the luggages as well. The airport terminals were way too hectic. It was hard to find ground staffs.
Reviews
Pros: Fast boarding and very nice crew. The airports in Mexico City and Merida are super sparkling clean!!!!!!
Reviews
Pros: Efficient
Cons: Better service, more food options
Reviews
Pros: Crew was fantastic. Seats are narrow in space, but more comfortable than other airlines.
Cons: Drink and snack service, but captain was concerned about "bumps"
Reviews
Cons: The crew should speak up and wait for answers before moving quickly away with beverages. Seat cushions are hard and thin. movie selections are terrible and few. worst selection ever.
Reviews
Cons: Seats we’re tight on second flight. They had an odd foot rest protruding.....?
Reviews
Pros: Boarding was efficient, crew was exceedingly polite, helpful ground staff.
Cons: Flight left a little bit late.
