Cons: Water can still be free, I mean I know it’s a budget airline, but water?
Pros: Very communicative about things like bathrooms being closed for sanitation, turbulence etc.
Cons: Delayed flight, next time send the alert in time for people to stay put instead of waiting at the airport. And why keep your stupid vip seats empty and crowd people in the back in the middle of a pandemic. I hate volaris and I'll selling all my shares with them. Go vivaaerobus
Cons: Have the middle seats vacant. Doesn’t make sense to hound people about social distancing and masks and then have a full plane.
Pros: More easy to board with the size bag, within their limits, that I thought it would be. Didn't know about all the price sticklers until after I bought my plane tickets, but once I knew the rules and we only packed one change of clothes into a small bag that we could carry on, everything else went smoothly.
Cons: No USB ports on the plane and no entertainment. I've never flown Frontier before so I asked the male Steward a couple of questions about the drinks (short bright from GEG to LAS) he was rude as if I should know the rules. So I simply got water which he filled one third of the way and that was it :-(
Cons: Interjet is a really great airline- best seat pitch in the “economy” class. They deserve your business!
Pros: Crew was friendly and very clear about masks.
Pros: The crew was kind.
Cons: The cabin was way too cold and no blankets were provided due to COVID. No blankets I get, but the cabin temperature made 3 1/2 hours seem like 5.
Cons: The television visual for my row died about half an hour into the flight.
Pros: Crew amazing
Cons: Everything is ok
