Pros: The crew was absolutely fantastic
Pros: Seats in so called " business class " barely reclined ...the whole plane was packed full , no empty seats , the Miami airport is one of the worst in the world as well... Will never be flying on American again if I can help it.,,
Cons: Please take any other airline if at all possible and avoid MIA airport too....use Ft. Lauderdale if possible...
Pros: The ground staff from the help desk was helpful enough
Cons: I could have been rebooked a flight without having to pay for it. Who wants to lost his or her passport? It was very inconvenient and stressful for me, at least free rebooking would have ease my situation.
Pros: The flight was smooth. Food was on time . Wine is available for the anxious flyers who can’t sleep.
Cons: Better softer hand soap , sprays and lotion . Sleep mask
Cons: The food is not Good
Cons: It was a 4+ hr flight, so some food would have been good. Could have given protein shakes or something.
Pros: The crew was really nice, as you can expect from a Japanese company. Super helpful and smiling. The food was also very good.
Cons: The space is really tiny. The screen also tiny.
Pros: I experienced the same type of service that I received on the flight from Bangkok to Seoul. I could not have expected more. I find the crew professional.
Cons: I can't think of anything that could have made service better. They should keep up the good work.
Cons: I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for.
