Pros: Nothing much
Cons: The stewardess was rude and super pushy. It reminded us an old times of Ryanair
Pros: Easy flight, and boarded in the front and back of the plane. Made it easier and faster to get on.
Cons: They aren’t too clear in baggage charges. I got standard fare, but still had to pay for my checked bag for both ways.
Cons: Either passengers wear a mask or not. What’s the point of making announcements regarding wearing your mask when the staff does not enforce it? Also, not sure why the Wifi went out midway through the flight. Get your act together United!
Cons: Crew was rude and the seats had astoundingly little leg room. Plus they tried to upcharge for everything. Will never fly with this airline again.
Pros: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.
Pros: The plane size & comfort was excellent. The staff were very friendly
Pros: Seating was comfortable though a tad bit cramped.
Cons: Window was dirty from someone touching it on a previous flight. Cannot wear headphones during takeoff or landing was an inconvenience. Cabin crew made sure all passengers were held tightly to their rules but then got themselves a coffee and chatted up front the majority of the time. (Only an hour trip, so no beverages or snacks for us)
Cons: No ear plugs offered and my iPhone jack didn’t fit.
Cons: The clarity about baggage fees, really unclear and very expensive.
Pros: Food and crew excellent.
Cons: Boarding process delayed as groups 3-6 all lined up together. No air at seats
