Swift and smooth from booking, confirmation, flight reminders, online check~in boarding and flying. Really professional. Great communication in terms of flight delays and making up of the time lost. Just one omission of complementary food and/ snacks but overall good experience. Thank you to the flight Captain and Crew members who got us safety through the Highveld Thunderstorm and landed us safely despite the rain. Kudos!

Really bland experience and the sale of food and beverages really give one more of a metro rail feel to be honest. I think given the price of the tickets, the least you can offer your passengers is something to drink , instead of flight attendants walking around with a card machine.
