We fly allegiant pretty frequently from FWA and we are always impressed by the staff there. They are always so kind and helpful and as a customer you can tell they enjoy their job which I feel is rare these days. When we traveled on our of FWA to PIE on 11/19/2025 we encountered someone new (at least new to us). I wish I could remember her name but don’t but she checked us in and was extra kind and pleasant. Flights are not always a pleasant experience and the experience begins at check in. She made the experience great from the start and we appreciate that as customers of Allegiant Air.

Great value for the price. Wide aisle with plenty of overhead space. Unable to recline seats. There was a crying baby but they can’t help it.
