Pros: I appreciate the choice of snacks.
Cons: The coffee served on the flight was lukewarm.
Cons: The flight attendants would forget me when tending to everyone
Pros: Air China Staff in Malpensa Milan are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Can’t emphasise this enough
Cons: The seat space/leg room is tiny. I found it impossible to fall asleep, being in the middle of a row of three with two "big" people in either side.
Pros: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.
Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!
Pros: Very good entertainment system.
Cons: Food was horrible. No drink service. Old seat.
Pros: At least it was delayed so we could make it to SFO.
Cons: The American Airlines flight was delayed so the delayed flight from Honolulu could make it to Los Angeles and not subject AA to additional complaints. We arrived at close to midnight and worried about getting the car out of the parking lot without incurring additional charges of and additional day. The food was not great.
Cons: I was not aware that I flew in Narita and flew out of another airport.
Pros: It was meh....
Cons: I got no notification that the flight was going to be 1 hour earlier
