Pros: Great crew and friendly
Pros: The crew was very entertaining
Cons: It was great.
Pros: Seat comfort , modern plane
Cons: The boarding process was ridiculously disorganized . People were not boarding according to their group numbers and there were many unnecessary delays / hold ups . My baggage was lost for over 4 days (it still hasn’t arrived on October 24. I landed on October 20). With little to no communication on it status or refund on all the baggage fees I was made to pay. While the crew was pleasant , price point attractive and plane modern, These factors are enough to deter me from choosing this airline in the future
Pros: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company
Cons: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.
Pros: The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services
Cons: The premium economy should be eliminated and should be labeled for what it is: couch class with some perks
Pros: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.
Cons: All positive.
Cons: Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again.
Pros: The crew was attentive and helpful.
Cons: Our layover was originally supposed to be an hour and a half in Phoenix. As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding.
Pros: Meal/drink service excellent, friendly crew.
Cons: Boarding process confusing as groups 3-6 all lined up together. No air at seats.
Cons: The suitcase did not zrrive
