Pros: Much to my surprise there was leg room. I'm tall-ish (5'9) and flights can be rather cramped.
Cons: Didn't realize you had to pay for luggage online to avoid a ridiculous fee. I spent equal amounts on checking 1 bag as I did the ticket itself. I might as well have flown Delta for that price.

Pros: Crew was very nice
Cons: They could’ve offered free snacks instead of only offering items for purchase.

Pros: The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services
Cons: The premium economy should be eliminated and should be labeled for what it is: couch class with some perks
