Boarding services were poor at best. Ground airport personnel were disinterested, lousy in communication with, especially family with toddlers who waited for more than 1 hour standing, then they opened a different door in a different area for boarding the bus. Flight was delayed by more than 1 hour and they just mentioned like a normal thing that the previous flight came late. The plane was new and very silent and comfortable, though.

Terrible. Flight times changed significantly. Given the option of credits or refund. Still waiting for refund 3 months later. Will never use again.

The cabin crew did their best. The comfort of the seats is extremely poor. Insufficient leg space. There was no information during the flight regarding route, altitude, actual location, etc.
