Pros: That the flight was on time
Cons: The food, and they told me I should pick up my baggage at Guayaquil but I had to pick it up in Quito
Pros: Very friendly and attentive crew; very efficient and timely boarding; surprisingly good meals
Pros: Very COVID sensitive and careful crew and company
Cons: They need an option for in-flight entertainment ñ
Pros: Crew was very nice and helpful
Cons: More legroom
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: During the boarding process in miami my carry on was “too big” to go in the over head bin, so copa members told me I had to checked it even though I never had to check my carry on before and I needed it because I was traveling with my month and a half daughter, customer service in MIA is really bad overall for international airlines going to Latin America
Cons: Check in. A nightmare Boarding. A nightmare Waiting 1 hour for the bags to arrive. A nightmare
Cons: Justfly took 32 dollar to have the seats and wasn't asign and I ask for special food and they didn't transmit to Aerolineas argentinas. Justfly me cobro 32 por asignar los asientos y no lo hizo. Tambien pedi comida para diabeticos y no los solicito a Aeroliena argentina.
Cons: Leg room was too small, food was awful, no taste. Bathroom smelled even from take off.
Pros: Good flight! On time! Sit too tight!
Pros: The Airbus was so futuristic. If you can make it more futuristic, even better.
Cons: I didn't like that I had to put my bag under when there was plenty of room overhead.
